Jumping Jack Squats
Works: cardio, quads, butt, hamstring
- Start in a standing position.
- Perform step one of a jumping jack.
- When you jump the feet together, land into a squat position with your feet shoulder width apart, being gentle on your feet.
- From the squat jump straight into the “open” part of the jumping jack.
