5 Butt-Workout Moves: Single-leg Bridge

bridge exercise

The leg pulse is similar to the one-legged bridge exercise. Although this hamstring exercise is done on the floor, don’t let that fool you. You will feel the burn! Lie on your back with a bend at your knees and your feet on the floor. Extend one leg so that it is straight and point your foot toward the ceiling. Left your hips and press down into the floor with your foot that is on the ground. Lower your hips to the floor. Repeat for 20 reps on each side.

As I get older, the old bum is the hardest to keep fit! I appreciate the motivation. The power skip move is fun to do on the rebounder.

  2. Efficient technology based on a system that improves blood and lymph circulation in the body where fat is deposited naturally (waist, hips, thighs, buttocks).
