How Fun Is This Trampoline Workout?

One of my favorite things to do as a kid was jump on the trampoline over at a friend’s house. Back in those days, there was no safety netting on the side; it was “jump safely or risk flying off.” How I never got injured is beyond me. If I had a bigger backyard I think it would be SO fun to have a trampoline, particularly as they’re much safer than they used to be.


For now, I have to look longingly at the workout below from Springfree Trampoline and wish I had a way to do it, but if any of you moms have a trampoline: Get on this!

This workout is a guideline, of course. The whole point to a trampoline is to get creative with your jumps, but if you’ve been off the trampoline for years, this is a good start. Plus, jumping is a crazy good workout. Apparently, jumping for 10 minutes is equivalent to a 30-minute run. And quite possibly more fun.
