Your Today Show Workout for Every Day

As I mentioned yesterday, the Today Show invaded my house last week. I was super nervous leading up to the whole thing — How would I keep the kids from destroying a clean house? Would I forget everything I knew? — but it turned out great thanks to the producer, magical TV editors and my kiddos who totally stole the show. Here’s the clip if you missed it!


My kids, of course, were here to make sure fame and fortune (har) didn’t totally go to my head. My day yesterday may have started off with watching the clip on the Today Show, but it ended with me picking up banana peels off the living room floor (why?) and trying to figure out why the toddler’s music table was upside down on an end table (again, why?). In the meantime, I’ve been doing laundry without Jenna Bush Hager’s help (I told you I’d name drop forevermore) — and well, it’s life back to normal.

In a hilarious bit of behind-the-scenes footage, here’s video my husband got when he started recording right before the segment came on TV. Enjoy the baby tumbling right off the couch.


I ONLY LOOKED AWAY FOR A SECOND. But boy did she go head over heels! I swear, no babies were injured in the making of this video. She had more than recovered by the time the clip came on!
