Kristin will guide participants through a series of her favorite feel-good yoga poses (with photos!) to help celebrate the launch of Fit Bottomed Zen. Because this is a live yoga workout on Twitter, it helps to have some knowledge of the basic yoga poses, but if you’ve been to a few yoga classes you’ll be good. You probably know warriors, planks, triangle and downward dog, right? Kristin will give cues and tips as you go through the flowing sequence, but, as always, listen to your body and modify as needed.
