The 10-Minute No-Fuss No-Equipment Needed Workout

Going to the gym can be awesome. It can be me-time — a chance for you to get a break and just focus on you. Which feels great.

Except, when you have one of those days and … you can’t get to the gym. And then what? You skip your workout? Nope. You just pivot. You get creative. You do what you can with the time you’ve got. And then you be really, really proud of yourself for making it work.

And we think this 10-minute workout from Karen Vizueta of Workout Hotel is the perfect one to do when life throws a curveball at ya. With no equipment needed beyond a soft floor to do some ab work, it’s quick, to the point and full-body. What’s not to love?

What’s your go-to workout for days when life goes nutters? I know on days that Gwen has been sick or I haven’t had childcare, a quick circuit like this while she sleeps can really give me energy. And if she won’t sleep and wants to be right by me, my jogging stroller has been great for runs and long walks! —Jenn

  1. This is cool. But I have a better and more fun way of getting fit. No gym AND you can do it with your bub.
Jogging strollers! Think about it. As your fitness level increases your child grows and gets heavier. Perfect free (almost) equipment upgrades. Change up your intensity anytime. You could walk at first, throw in a light jog then a warm down all while doing what you have to do anyway. Throw in a few hills to ramp it up. And bub will enjoy it too.
