Jennipher Walters: As CEO/co-owner of Fit Bottomed World, co-author of The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet and Editor-in-Chief at Fit Bottomed Girls, Fit Bottomed Mamas and Fit Bottomed Zen, Jenn has several fitness credentials under her belt: She is an ACE-certified personal trainer and health coach, and was named as one of the top 100 influencers in health and fitness by Greatist in 2016 and 2017. Jenn has a journalism degree from the University of Missouri and an MA in health journalism from the University of Minnesota. She has also written for numerous online publications including Shape magazine, The Huffington Post and SparkPeople. In her free time, Jenn can be found doing chaturanga (her fave yoga pose), putting too much kale in her smoothie, running laps around the neighborhood with her daughter, standing on her soapbox to advocate body positivity, snuggling with her pup and meditating.
Kristen Seymour: Kristen Seymour is co-owner at Fit Bottomed World and holds the position of Editor-in-Chief at Fit Bottomed Eats. She’s an enthusiastic (if not particularly speedy) triathlete, enormous animal lover, and passionate pescatarian foodie (with a special love of Mexican food and roasted veggies). She relies on her dogs to get her outside when she’s feeling lazy, and counts on Twitter (and her fellow FBGs) to motivate her to hit the gym — works like a charm every time. Kristen makes time for yoga — at least a little bit — almost every day and is slowly but steadily making meditation a regular practice, even on (well, especially on) the days when all she can think about is how she can’t possibly make time to just sit and be. She’s a graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!), and she and her husband live, swim, bike and run in the Sunshine State with their two mutts and a mercurial cat.
Erin Whitehead: Erin, co-founder of Fit Bottomed Girls and co-author of The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet, is the former Editor-in-Chief at Fit Bottomed Mamas and an ACE-certified personal trainer. Erin has a journalism degree from the University of Kansas and is a bit of a word nerd. Erin left Fit Bottomed Girls in 2017 to pursue more professional and workout adventures — and to get more quality time with her husband and three kiddos in New Jersey.
Jenn Andrlik: Jenn has struggled with weight her entire life trying almost every fad diet out there. These days, the former ballet dancer gets her fitness from running after her very active four-year-old son, Spinning, fitness DVDs, and anything she can do at home during her six-month-old daughter’s nap time. Post babies she is ready to get back into tip-top shape and is willing to do anything healthy to reach her goal and feel her best. Anything that is, except give up wine.
Ashley Breshears: Ashley lives in the suburbs of Kansas City with her husband and two handsome boys, ages 6 months and 3 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and completed her MBA in 2013. When Ashley isn’t juggling being a full-time working mom she enjoys hobbies such as boxing classes, taking her crazy yellow lab “Moose” to the dog park and spending some kid-free time with her girlfriends. This is Ashley’s first time writing for a blog so she is excited to share all the up-and-down experiences that come along with being a full-time working mommy.
Jasmin Cervantes: Jasmin is a less-than-confident speaker, so writing is how she thrives. Through writing, she’s able to consciously navigate life as a wife and mother. She decided to begin her blog, Little Nugget Big Nugget, after her first baby was born. It was through her experiences as a mother that she found the optimist in her. Because of motherhood, she’s had colorful nuggets of experience that she finds a need to share with the world. She believes that by sharing experiences, unity and growth can happen. She loves pregnancy, photography, adventure, food, and cycling, and lives with her husband and two children in Los Angeles.
Julie Krashin: Julie resides in Overland Park, Kan, with her husband and three daughters, two in her arms and one in her heart. Julie balances the demands of two daughters 19 months apart, and learning how to be a mom and a grieving mom at the same time. She shares the heartache of losing a twin daughter, and the beauty she finds daily in life.
Jennifer Schlozman: Jenny is a former Weight Watchers Leader Ambassador, who lost 40 pounds pre-baby and 82 pounds post baby. A runner, triathlete and half-marathoner, she finds comfort in group workouts and loves finding new fit friends. Born and raised in the North suburbs of Chicago but now living in the Kansas City area, Jenny loves long walks in the sun, homemade meals, manicures, the sound of her husband’s voice and slow dancing with her little mister. She recently added a girl to her family mix.
Kelsie Vallacqua: Kelsie is a lifestyle blogger and YouTube content creator over on her channel ItsKelsiesLife. When she’s not writing or talking to cameras, Kelsie enjoys portrait photography, taking her dogs on long walks and getting enthralled in the latest Netflix Original Series. Through her platform, she’s passionate on shedding light on taboo topics, such as infertility and miscarriage. While struggling with both of these issues, she and her husband are now pregnant again and are excited to welcome a new baby this October. She and her growing family reside in small suburb of Kansas City
Cati Winkel: Cati Winkel is a Certified Parent Coach who helps parents learn how to get through to their kids without the use of spanking, yelling, shame, blame, punishments or rewards. Cati has been obsessed with mindful parenting strategies since the pregnancy of her first child. When she found out how hard it was to follow expert advice and not yell, she pursued a career in parent coaching and learned there was so much more to it than just reading a book.
